The “Curb Jumper” also will allow you to see the doctor as many times as you need or want throughout the year, also paying $40.00 for each visit.

And last is the “The Cruiser” for those of us who like to live on the edge but may have something more valuable they can’t lose. Again with this Coverage you can go to the doctor as many times as you please. You pay a co-pay of forty dollars at the time of each doctor visit. “The Cruiser” has the lowest deductible of the 3 plans but the highest monthly rate.
